Artists brave the 30-meter-high, 40-year-old water tank in Santiago City, Isabela on Thursday, February 5, to put finishing touches on the country’s tallest mural that depicts messages of conservation and peace. The project, dubbed Art aTank, started in April last year by environmental group Dolphins Love Freedom, but was put on hold due to lack of funds.
